Language ownership

Knowledge is not shared as widely as it should be. Exfluency provides a platform to share the wealth of information in multiple languages and incentivises doing so.

Sharing language

Rachel Botsman, author of What’s Mine Is Yours: The Rise of Collaborative Consumption, reported that the average DIY enthusiast uses their electric drill for a total of just 12 minutes. And yet we insist on having our own power drill, if not two. Why not share our drill(s) with our neighbours?

What about words? How about sharing those? Not just in one language, but in hundreds of languages?

We aim to develop Exfluence™ maps that will chart how your words are spread across the planet – a wave of knowledge shared with other peoples and cultures.
